LIBRARIAN

Purpose of jobs :

1. Conduct the development process for e-content local product
2. Develop information package
3. Process thesis collection documentation
4. Search for reference, select and develop library content
5. Search reference content for e-content local product
6. Conduct digitalization process for e-content local product
7. Responsible for quality and quantity of e-content products before upload
8. Upload e-content local productto library website
9. Monitor the maintenance and preservation activities for library collection
10. Provide information system improvement to support current activities
11. Conduct the book and journal preservation activities
12. Conduct the non book (CD, DVD, cassette) preservation activities
13. Conduct preservation activities for database and library collection

Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Library Science, with min. GPA 2.75
2. Max. age 30 year-old
3. Has min. 1 year experience in a relevant position
4. Has administration skills and attention to detail
5. Self-motivated and Team Player at the same time
6. Excellent written and spoken English
7. Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
8. Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
9. Good communication skills
10. Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
